Returns and Refunds

Return Period: You may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, digital products, and personalized items) are non-returnable.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, email us at info@khonabiz.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and the shipping address for returns. The return label is included in the package. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we cover the shipping cost.
Otherwise, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
